The Plaza de Antonio Cortijos is an open-air plaza close to the seafront of Águilas, which is used for a multitude of purposes throughout the year.
It holds a range of children's attractions throughout the winter months, and during the summer is completely enclosed to become an outdoor arena area, with a full stage and lighting set, as well as tiered seating , which is used to stage a wide range of musical events and entertainments throughout the warmer months.
There is parking nearby on the seafront, or in the backstreets of this port area of Águilas, but the best place to start looking is down along the seafront, where there are some sizeable blocks of parking. The principal parking area is alongside the port, which is free of charge.
On the corner of the Plaza is the Águilas Tourist Office, Telephone number 968 493 285
More information about Águilas including beaches, what to see, what's on and tourist information can be found on ÁGUILAS TODAY
