Mazarron Murcia is a website set up by Murcia Today specifically for residents of the urbanisation in Southwest Murcia, providing news and information on what’s happening in the local area, which is the largest English-speaking expat area in the Region of Murcia.
When submitting text to be included on Mazarron Murcia, please abide by the following guidelines so we can upload your article as swiftly as possible:
Send an email to editor@spaintodayonline.com or contact@murciatoday.com
Attach the information in a Word Document or Google Doc
Include all relevant points, including:
Who is the organisation running the event?
Where is it happening?
When?
How much does it cost?
Is it necessary to book beforehand, or can people just show up on the day?
…but try not to exceed 300 words
Also attach a photo to illustrate your article, no more than 100kb
August 25 Despedida de Casada free Spanish drama in Puerto de Mazarrón
Open-air comic theatre at the Punto El Castellar in the Mar de Papeles season
The Doble K Teatro company presents “Despedida de Casera”, a comedy set in a hotel in Benidorm, where old friends una meet up for a weekend of excess and end up celebrating their resepective divorces in hwat becomes a kind of “hen party” for newly separated women.
The performance begins at 22.00 on 25th August at the headland of El Castellar, at the western end of Playa de Bahía (click for map).
Note: all events in the Mares de Papel season are free of charge, with no need for prior booking. However, space is limited and an early arrival is recommended: entry is permitted from half an hour before the advertised start time.
No further admissions will be allowed 15 minutes after the events start. Once inside, eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted, and pets are not allowed to enter.
