The La Rafa campsite and sports and tourism complex is located just outside the southern end of the built-up area of the town of Bullas, and is also within walking distance of the Salto del Usero beauty spot where bathers take a dip in the cold water of the River Mula during the summer.
Sports facilities at La Rafa include an open-air swimming pool (with café-bar), an athletics track, tennis and squash courts, a gymnasium, a football pitch, padel tennis courts and a petanque area, and as well as these attractions plenty of attractive walks and hiking routes exist in this part of north-west Murcia. Many of the routes are around the vineyards of the Bullas Wine Route.
The campsite itself offers 100 plots of 100 square metres, a children’s play area, a restaurant, washrooms, safes, a small supermarket, free wi-fi and a barbecue area. There are also tourist apartments available for rent.
