The restaurant is open as usual from Wednesday to Sunday throughout the festive period, including Christmas Day and New Years Day, with the same popular menu that regulars return for again and again.

This Christmas the restaurant has introduced an upgraded coffee buffet that adds an extra touch of indulgence to every visit. Guests will now find a cosy, self-service station where they can help themselves to freshly brewed Swedish coffee, milk, sugar and a small cookie. Hot water with tea and honey is also available. Children can enjoy Swedish style hot or cold chocolate made with O boy style mix which adds a fun and nostalgic touch.

For Christmas, there are extra treats to enjoy. Juleskum and Swedish festive sweets sit alongside Anna’s gingerbread biscuits and traditional Swedish gingerbread served with cream cheese, a classic pairing that many guests will be trying for the first time.

There is also alcohol-free glogg with raisins, almonds and other festive flavours. Brewed coffee is now included at no extra cost for anyone dining in the restaurant which makes the whole experience feel even more welcoming. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a meal and enjoy a little Swedish style fika during the holidays.

Thai Food Khon Kaen has also launched a brand new Play and Win game which is proving very popular with both locals and visitors. Players take on the role of the restaurant waiter, collecting food and drink orders, delivering them to the right place and serving the correct dishes to the correct tables to earn points. It’s simple, fun and completely free.

The monthly winner receives a drink, a starter, a main course and a dessert of their choice which makes the game well worth playing.
