Mazarron Murcia is a website set up by Murcia Today specifically for residents of the urbanisation in Southwest Murcia, providing news and information on what’s happening in the local area, which is the largest English-speaking expat area in the Region of Murcia.
When submitting text to be included on Mazarron Murcia, please abide by the following guidelines so we can upload your article as swiftly as possible:

Attach the information in a Word Document or Google Doc
Include all relevant points, including:
Who is the organisation running the event?
Where is it happening?
When?
How much does it cost?
Is it necessary to book beforehand, or can people just show up on the day?
…but try not to exceed 300 words
Also attach a photo to illustrate your article, no more than 100kb
June 13 to 15 Cartagena StreetFood Market
International cuisine and live music on the esplanade alongside the port of Cartagena
The seafront by the port of Cartagena is hosting the second edition of the StreetFood Market on 13th, 14th and 15th June, combining international gastronomy with music, humour, children’s activities and arts and crafts with entry to the precinct free of charge.
This is one of various events falling under the umbrella of the “Cartagena Cruise Days”, and features 14 food trucks providing a variety of sustenance such as grilled Argentinian steak, tacos, arepas (from Venezuela), gourmet hamburgers, pulled pork and hot dogs. Among the music are love shows by Pancho Varona, Luz Casal and a tribute Estopa, all of them well-known on the Spanish popular music scene, as well as other tributes to Queen and the Rolling Stones.
The children’s entertainment features magic shows, workshops, clowns and storytelling, while an arts and crafts market is being held with more than 20 stalls offering different products.
The program over the weekend includes the following:
Friday June 13 (18.00 to midnight)
19.00: Official presentation.
19.30: Storytelling for children.
21.30: Pancho Varona live in concert.
Saturday June 14 (12.00 to midnight)
12.30: Magic show with Mago Kachinocheve.
13.30: Demonios, a tribute act to Estopa.
20.00: Comedy with Alberto Martínez and Juan Ibáñez from the TV show El Hormiguero.
21.30: Control Stone, a tribute to the Rolling Stones.
Sunday June 15 (12.00 to 18.00)
12.30: El Payaso Edy provides entertainment for children.
13.30: Keeng, a tribute to Queen.
