Pueblo Spa at Hacienda del Álamo Golf Resort has introduced a brand new treatment and if you've been carrying tension, pain or stiffness around with you for longer than you'd like, it might be exactly what you need.
ChiroFlow is a modern therapeutic method that brings together a combination of proven techniques, all carefully adapted to the individual, to promote deep muscle relaxation, release built-up tension and help reduce pain in a lasting way.
Each 30-minute session is gentle but effective, designed to improve mobility and restore a sense of ease and balance in the body. As an introductory offer, sessions are available for just €39.
The treatment is overseen by Juan Ayllon Castaño, one half of the husband-and-wife team behind Pueblo Spa, and a qualified Liebscher and Bracht pain therapist, massage therapist and spinologist.
Juan's drive to help people comes from a very personal place, having spent years dealing with significant pain himself. That experience shapes the way he works with every client, with a focus on understanding what each person needs and finding the most effective route to relief.ChiroFlow sits alongside an already impressive menu of bodywork therapies at the spa. Juan also offers foot reflexology, hot stone massage, Garshan silk glove massage and the signature Pueblo massages, as well as stretching sessions based on the Liebscher and Bracht method, which targets tension caused by poor posture or repetitive movement.
Osteopressure and spinology, a discipline focused on restoring the spine's natural alignment, are available too, and couples treatments can be booked for those who'd like to enjoy the experience together.
On the beauty side, Pueblo Spa is run by Sabine Ayllon Castaño, who has been working as a beautician since 2006 and continues to develop her skills through regular professional training. Sabine and her team offer a wide range of treatments including aqua peel, microdermabrasion, microneedling, the popular Happy Ageing treatment, lip and firming therapies, permanent make-up, professional foot care and tooth bleaching.
