Massage therapies at the spa include foot reflexology, hot stone massage, Garshan silk glove massage and the signature Pueblo massages. Stretching sessions based on the Liebscher and Bracht method are also available, designed to release tension caused by poor posture or repetitive movement patterns.Another specialised treatment is osteopressure, a technique that uses targeted pressure and stretching to relieve muscle tension and reduce pain. Spinology, sometimes referred to as 'straight chiropractic care', focuses on restoring the natural alignment of the spine.
